Yes, folks, we live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. And one of the best ways to enjoy nature is by bike!

Today I am taking you on a bike tour. I love these mountains and when you see them from a bike, the experience borders on magical. The beauty of the landscape is stunning. I’m telling ya, you have to try it!

How do you get to Marshall, NC ?
From downtown Asheville, take 19/23 N take exit 19A take US25/ US-70 towards Marshall. Located only 25 minutes from Asheville. Marshall, NC is the perfect spot for your own tour of the mountains.

Asheville has been the training ground for some professional cycling teams such as United Health Care Cycling team. We’ve even had our share of Olympic athletes using our beautiful mountains as their training ground.

Chainheart cycling is a bicycle makers space and boutique co-op bicycle shop. Founder Andy Grabowski has been offering pro level training, fitting and mechanical services for years.
