Discovering new places and trying new things with my daughter Isabella and my son Enzo is my thing, from exploring the beautiful mountains to getting lost into the variety of  fun urban options Asheville offers. This time we were looking for something sweet, we heard  Vortex Doughnuts in the South Slope has awesome DOUGHNUTS . WE NEED IT to see for ourselves

The place is big and bright, located in an old building in a happening part of town, with hipster art on the walls, when we walked in the music playing was pretty chill and the people working nice and friendly. The flavors are many, and trust me they TASTE the way they LOOK.

I like Vortex and their URBAN vibe, the kids LOVED Vortex doughnuts and they also LOVED  walking around and finding urban art by local muralist Dustin Spagnola
