How can your company improve the relationship with communities of non-Latinos?
Hola Carolina Magazine enriches people’s lives by embracing diversity, connecting cultures, building community and creating exceptional programs that educate, informs and inspires.
By sharing cultures and sparking conversation, we strive to better represent the communities we’re part of by uniting people and turning challenges into opportunities and to always push boundaries that make the world better. Hola Carolina Magazine serves as a key element in the organization’s overall outreach and marketing campaigns.  In doing so, the magazine ads tangibility to the faces and narratives of Latino people — establishing a genuine, heartfelt connection and engaging readers on an emotional level that would otherwise be difficult.
Our mission is to help organizations grow.  We want to transform how you attract, engage and connect with Latino customers. Success is gained by sharing knowledge, not hoarding it.

What are your goals for this year, both, personal and professional?
I find inspiration in the everyday.  I am fascinated by relationships of all types–happy ones, complicated ones, unusual ones.  Through writing, I often attempt to dissect the meaning behind something that has happened or to describe a particular feeling or emotion. I enjoy the challenge of communicating what we each experience in our everyday lives, bringing those unique moments to life through words and sentences. And what is really wonderful about writing is that I can pass on that inspiration; if I can clearly communicate some aspect of life, if I can inform or entertain the people who read my writing, I may also have the opportunity to inspire them as well.As long as we continue to provide celebratory, inclusive and inspiring stories, Hola Carolina Magazine will remain a brand in demand.

What can you tell young people, specially Latin@s about success?
My definition of success is knowing that what you are doing is helping you and others lead a better, happier, healthier life. To me, success means creating a business that empowers customers, employees, and community in equal measure. I will keep smiling, be positive and never give up! I will give 100 percent each time I play. These are always my goals and my attitude.” Adriana Chavela
