Chef Santiago welcomes you with a traditional Pisco Sour, as he shares his inspiration for the night’s menu, you can ask any questions at this time and the Chef will like to encourage you to visit with him while he is grilling your dinner, this will include at least 3 meats to be revealed when the menu is released on 09/12/19.

The Atahualpa Dinner is for the meat lover in you, but this is no B.B.Q. This is PARRILLADA style meats, paired with South American vino  tinto y blanco.
